Have pre ordered the DVD with downloads but had a lot of trouble downloading a number of videos. Eventually managed to get them all except the EQ video.
The EQ download keeps stalling & timing out.
I suppose I will eventually get it on the DVD, but I've chewed up a fair bit of my monthly ISP download quota mucking around with a lot of stalled downloads.

Sorry the download process has been somewhat spotty. Not sure of your speed/access/computer, obviously, but that, coupled with a lot of activity here may have effected things. We will look into increasing the length of time so people won't risk timeouts. You will not have to wait for the DVD to get the EQ section. We will do everything we can to make sure you get everything as quickly and smoothly as possible as we very much appreciate your support and interest.

Have tried 3 times since my last post with the same result each time.
I initiate a download to my PC (not streaming). The download starts and settles in to a transfer rate of around 136KB/Sec then just hangs and doesn't progress any further. This usually happens after I have received somewhere between 23% to 51% of the file. The download hangs there for up to an hour or so and then I receive an error.
Connection to the server has been reset.
I am using a new Toshiba Laptop 2.09Ghz with 2GB RAM
Connection to my ISP is ADSL at 8MB and is very reliable.
My download should be occuring off peak as I would be in a completely different timezone to where I assume the majority of users accessing these files would be.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

The front home page is the one that refreshes on me before the intro trailer finishes. (I didn't realise they are also on another page- sorry, my mistake :) I am using Explorer 8 but also using Trend Micro internet security? I may have to check my setting on both these programs, could also be caused by my children over using the bandwidth on me at various times, as I some times get connnection issues with my server. Which makes me think explorer may refresh itself if it loses the connection momentarily.I have tried pausing it so the buffer can get ahead far enough but it seems to work only if I pause it for a very short period. I also tried to pause play and pause and play again but on the secound play it buffers it from the begining again, which is very strange, as this dosn't happen with youtube clips? If it is my end, don't worry too much as I will either ban my kids from using the net for certain hours of the day or wait to buy the DVD :) It's cool, I just thought you should know my problem in case some else also has this problem too.
